Not Bad But Could Be Better
Written by kylestyle
He's an okay player but seems pretty lacking for a 92. His actual stats are nice but his stroke takes time to get used to. He would be much better if he wasn't a defensive liability. Not very fast either. Definitely has his flaws but can work as a pure scorer off the bench. Would not suggest as a starter.
BOUGHT FOR: 16k
STRENGTHS: Great shooter if you get used to his shot.6'7 so you can get in a block or two.Very cheap for Amethyst and pretty badged out.
WEAKNESSES: Bad defense, slow, a pretty weak driver from my experience, mediocre passing and horrible rebounding for someone that is his height and rating.
RECOMMENDED STRATEGY: Get him to the corner or open off a screen and you'll greenlight it easy after a few go arounds.
DONT USE IF: you want a player who can do anything other then shoot or someone who's shot you dont have to get used too
USE IF: You want a cheap Amy off the bench who can knock down a three
BOTTOM LINE: Its the cheapest card in the set for a reason. I suggest Kyle Korver or Ray Allen for a better replacement, they do the job much better. They're also twice as expensive. But for 15k You get what you paid for in this card.
