Video Review of Patrik Ewing

Written by JulenBaller

https://youtu.be/lg7wcIM7yzE I have played five games with Ewing so i have decided to write a first take review about him. I played with him online and offline as my starter center.

Bought for: Locker Code Cheese

Strengths:

  • Inside scoring: Great at finishing near the rim -Low Post Game: excellent fadeaway. His hook is automatic green release. Very good post spinner. Easy to get fouled by opponent.
  • Pick and roll: he is a brick when a pick is set. Rolls very well. -Standing Dunk: HoF Posterizer does his job -Mid range game: he is a sniper from mid range. Fist of all, you have to learn the shooting mechanic.
  • Standing Shot 3pt: He can knock some threes. But not consistently. -Blocking: I average 2 blocks per game with him. Very good rim protector. -Lateral Quikness: faster than Dream Team Ewing. Very important for great D.

Weaknesses:

  • Rebounding: I known he is a enormous rebounder but I've found him worse than I previously thought. Although, he gets 4 boards per game.

  • Inconsistent from deep: he is a good shooter but not very consistent. Esential to learn his shooting. Nothing more, he is a god

Recommended Strategy: Pick "n Roll/Pop, Low/High post ISO, floppy (him as the one who does the pick) Examples: I made a video of his first games. CHECK IT OUT HERE----> https://youtu.be/lg7wcIM7yzE

Other Comments: does anyone know why 2k gives three pointer attribute to any center?

Use if: You have it. He can do anything and he can do it perfectly.

Don't use if: You want a 3 pointer sniper or you didn't get him. Sorry bro 2k is very unfair.

Bottom Line: upvote if you liked the video review:  https://youtu.be/lg7wcIM7yzE
