Answer one of these 2 questions
Where should LeBron James go this offseason?
Where should Kevin Durant have gone during his infamous free agency (2016)?
If I was LeBron I'd go to the Lakers, great city (imo), a great young core, somewhere I can still be a leader, and a place where I can learn myself. If PG goes there then he's going to have another great player with him, there's some nice role players too. A lot of the young guys would probably like me to be there, there's nice chemistry (unlike the Cavs) and my wife and kids would like to be there too.
Now as for KD, I would have stayed in OKC, mainly because we almost beat the Warriors, I would have really tried to push Westbrook to be better than he was. I would have pushed myself to be a better leader, another quote by Kobe here, "The topic of leadership is a touchy one. A lot of leaders fail because they don't have the bravery to touch that nerve or strike that chord, throughout my years, I haven't had that fear.". And so you know what I would do? I would strike that chord, I would tell Westbrook he's playing way too much hero-ball, we both played bad but you could've stopped that if you weren't a try-hard. We almost won that series but you fucked it up for us when you started that shit. Next year, in the WCF, you better not play that way for that many straight games ever again.
So yeah I'd go to LA, because a lot of LA fans and a lot of the players and staff there want me there. And if I was KD I would have stayed on the Thunder and tried to lead that team the next season, I'd sign there on a 2 year deal, player option of course. I'd give Russ a 3rd chance, because maybe he'd only realize the kind of shit he did the next season after he fucked OKC's chances again. And if we didn't win it the next season, I'm gone.
LeBron should go to the Spurs they have great players in Kawhi & Aldridge and great role players in Mills, Manu, Murray and Gay and some vets as well. Also Gregg P. and LeBron have a great relationship and it would not be surprising if this does happen. What would make this even more interesting is if they get CP3 as well there have been rumors that CP3 and LeBron will play in the same team
As for KD, he should have stayed with OKC, see what went wrong and what could you do better for next season as well as some rotation changes and roster changes. He had an all-star in RW and the best shot blocker in the NBA in Ibaka man averaged 3.7 BPG in 2012 and should have been a man and tried to beat rather then make the weakest move in sports history
Personally, if I were LeBron I'd be moving to Philly. I'd want to stay on the Eastern Conference because a lot of his legacy is based around making it to the Finals over and over again. I'd want to have the toughest battle in the Finals rather than the Western Conference Finals.
Also, I'd want to join a competitor. The Celtics are the best competitors, but I wouldn't want to test to see how my chemistry with Kyrie would be, the Cavs are only competitors because LeBron is there and the Raptors choke in the playoffs too much. The 76ers and the Pacers are the 2 best options I'd say he has.
The reason why I chose the 76ers over the Pacers is a, because they are better and b, he can move on to the next part of his career. His prime isn't going to last forever and maybe LeBron can start looking for his D'Angelo Russell (Kobe Bryant) or Karl-Anthony Towns (Kevin Garnett). Is there a better player for LeBron to mentour than Ben Simmons?

Oh, my bad.
LeBron should go to Golden State
KD should have gone to Golden State
Wouldn’t be surprised if Adam silver forces the whole league to go to Golden State
bron should go to chelsea
Nah Real Madrid bale or Ron might leave soon
KD shOUldVe gone tO sOnICs
Bron to LA tbh. Has the cap to offer him a clean deal and bring in a second star. His kids are enroled in LA scholls for next year, and he has the chance to up thr rivalry with Kyrie through the LA v Boston saga.
KD should've gone to Washington. He knew he could'nt win in the OKC system, but should'nt have gone to the 73-9 reigning conference champions.
kd should of gone to new york, play with his idol
Wasn't KD's idol Vince Carter? Or was it someone else?
Really? I doubt it, Melo is only like 4 years older than KD
LeBron should go to San Antonio. We'll see how he plays for Pop and with Kawhi so I'd like to see the "LeBron hasn't had any good coaches" debate get taken out. I also think that with an elite two way player like Kawhi, they could potentially beat the Warriors/Rockets.
KD should've stayed in OKC. It would have been interesting to see the Russ/KD dynamic take on the OG Big 3 Warriors. If they made the finals, how that Thunder squad matches up against LeBron/Kyrie/Love.
For that top one though, the 'no great coach' argument is that he didn't have a great coach to teach him the game. He has already built up his IQ so it doesn't really mean anything if he plays with a great coach now
One of the Kobe/MJ VS Bron debates was that LeBron never played with an elite coach. MJ and Kobe both played with Phil and succeeded. "Phil is one of the reasons why MJ and Kobe won". LeBron has never had a COTY Coach so it'd be interesting to see how much success he has.
I know but that's only part of it. The other part of that argument is that players, Kawhi being the best example had great players and coaches to teach them. LeBron hasn't had that luxury
LeBron should go to phili. That would be good for marketing considering how exciting there nba team is. Also it's in the East and he'll have no comp. (Besides Boston and maybe another team of they hit in FA)
KD should've stayed because they were SO CLOSE to beating GSW
