This card is amazing, and i'm grateful 2k threw it out but... really? they are gonna bump his 3 pointer, or boost his speed even more... but his freaking block is still a 55!! He's literally one of the best (if not the best) shot blocking guards of all time and his block rating is lower than klay thompson's and james harden's... come on boi...
are they seriously going to release two TBT 06 Dwades tho? The amethyst one is absolute trash.
Show 17 replies...Have you tried the amethyst?
no, but the ratings look like shit
ok then
well there's a new dwyane wade playoffs coming out tonight with a 94 rating and I think that's easily gonna be the best amethyst dwyane wade card... should be able to shoot 3's as well. I hope they give him at least an 80. I'm also going to want that new 97 Overall Dame Lillard
What's your current team looking like?
PG - Nate Archibald
SG - MVP Jordan
SF - DPOY Kawhi
PF - MVP Bob Pettit
C - Rewards Kareem.
How about you?
look at the last lineup I made
yeah right you have five fucking diamonds
you on ps4?
yep. jesus, you must have spent $500+ on this game
whats your psn. ill add you
OlajuwonDR34M - Where I'm staying at right now for the summer, my internet isn't the greatest and I have to deal with a bit of a lag... So i'll probably lose if I play you lol
Yeah I think he holds the record for the best blocking SG of all time
Show 1 reply...D wade was known as flash for speed so
Show 7 replies...And not known for his block, right? He's only the best shot blocking guard of all time... I'm not saying he doesn't deserve speed, i'm saying I'd prefer to see him with the same speed as the all star one and have a good block than him with +4/5 speed and an ignored block.
Well he he was given the nickname flash for his speed not his defense , d wade is the best defensive shooting guard of all time but he was more popular for his speed
What? He is not the best defensive SG, by far. Also, It's not like they gotta focus on only 1 stat. Jordan was famous for his dunk but it's not like they gave him 99 dunk and gave him 25 midrange because 've was known for his dunks'. It's useless to justify their mistakes saying he was known for the speed only
Jordan is the best shot blocking guard of all time. It's a fact, since Jordan has the most blocks by a guard.
Having the most in total doesn't automatically make you the best. Wade only played 861 games to jordan's 1072 and played 10000 less minutes. Wade averaged 1.3 blocks every 100 possessions and jordan 1.1. Wade averaged 0.9 for his career and jordan 0.8.Same in the playoffs, 1 block per game and jordan 0.9. Wade is a better shot blocking guard, he just played less so he has less total blocks, but his blocking ability is slightly better
1 thing though, hes not a very good 3 point shooter and this is pretty good for him right there.
Show 2 replies...That's true, he didn't even shoot that well from 3 in that series of I ain't wrong
Everybody always gives Wade crap for having Alonzo, The Glove, and Shaq on his team in the 2006 Finals but they were all past there prime and didn't do good in that finals. He carried that team
Never heard anyone giving wade crapmfor that. Everyone knows wade completely took over. Only conplaints are that the "refs" decided the series
Show 1 reply...He DID. I totally agree. He averaged 35 in that finals. That's amazing. The glove and Alonzo were old that year and they didn't even do good that year. And guess what? Shaq got 5 points in game 2 of that series so...
Show 12 replies...Totally dude. Those other guys were total trash! Shaq had like never won a championship and Posey neither, and those guys had like 0 playoffs experience, and the refs actually didn't either! Just saying as a response to your inadequate hype post and the one above. Gotta keep it real, even it 2k doesn't. They DON'T love the game!
ALSO why isn't posey in the game? Or a Kapono from the Heat? Both were huge parts of the team's success
ummm i don't think posey had won a ring before this...just saying
He won one after with the Celtics I think
Right, it was after, I thought it was before. Either way the point OP was trying to make was bs.
On the picture it has the Finals logo so it was in Game 3 which was his best finals game which he was 1 for 2 in on 3s
So would you find it reasonable that he got an 84 st3 rating for going 1/2? Either way it doesn't make sense. We will. See. If it is for the finals game 3 it is still unreasonable imho.
His 84 is a bad rating because he shot 50% bcuz Curry is shutting under 50% and has a 99 three. But I get it cuz he only shot two threes
idiot that finals was rigged. Look at the number of free throws wade took from games 3-6. Literally he averaged around 20 a game. The mavericks were way better but the heat were a higher market team, so they got the refs on their side.
Show 9 replies...Your a retard. Mavs were higher market team, Heat had never won a championship before then and Wade was there first franchise player. He averaged that many free throws coz he is just a good player. He never had a killer jumpshot yet he managed to average 30+ ppg. He got that from being one of the best drivers of all time. Better then Kobe. Damn straight!
Then why let Dallas win in '11?
They weren't expected to even be in the Finals, but they were, so it would be good bussiness for them to go all the way. Plus Dirk played great in that finals and they locked up Lebron pretty well
Yes but it nullies '06. Wade would've got his ring anyway, Shaq already had his ring. It also strengthens LBJs legacy if he won back to back rings.
That was just d wade drawing fouls like he usually does, and Dallas being very aggressive.
XD yea totally, wade always averages 20-25 freethrows a game.
At home, with Dallas playing aggressive, and d wade attacking their aggressiveness, yeah.
How is his block only 55? He was averaging a block a game during those playoffs.
yes interesting point u raise there alex
Show 1 reply...2k hating because they made this a season throwback but this is his championship year
Yeah GG MY NEW GOAT PG FORGET THAT OH MY GAWD I WANT DERON WILLIAMS HE WAS AMAZING SHIT THIS MAN IS 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% better
Who the fuck disliked this wtf is wrong with you no respect for dwade
Show 2 replies...Dwade is the 3rd vest shooting guard of all-time and he played lights out in that finals
Seeing Wade in a Chicago uniform is going to make me cry...
Not me GO BULLS
Show 2 replies...unfortunately i will probably never get this amazing wade. All I can hope is it drives the other wades down in price
bledsoe has a 70 block and averaged .7
wade averaged .8 that year
vc got an 88 block and averaged 1.1
wade averaged 1.1 in the playoffs that year
wtf 2k why
a wade that can shoot. Kill me now.
It's from the finals you retard. He shot amazing in that series. He averaged 35 unlike curry. A 30 year old iggy did better than curry smh.
Show 1 reply...He averaged 35...with plenty of free-throws. Give Curry that many free-throws and he is averaging about the same if not more.
84 std3 after having only shot 27% from 3? Could someone please explain the math for this one, oh would someone please?!
He was 1/2 for threes that game so what's your point. Game 3
Show 5 replies...What game? And who says this card is for a specific game and now the complete playoffs or just the finals?
KOBE DESERVES TO BE 99 if this card is also 98. HE SCORED FREAKING 81 POINTS. COME ON 2K!!!!
Kobe did it in the regular season. D-Wade did this in the Finals
Show 4 replies...Dwayne scored half the points Kobe did
Has Kobe ever won the finals buy himself? Points is only a number fuck boy.
This is probably my most wanted card of these new Diamonds. His speed and shooting are great. Plus, he will be unstoppable at the rim. I can easily put up points in the paint with the reward D Wade, so this Diamond would be just unstoppable when he gets in there. I will most likely never touch this card, but maybe I can get lucky, if anything this may make his other Diamond cheaper, who I could settle for.
Finally Dwade is being done 98 % right he probably should have a better post control and post fade but this card is coming to my collection no matter what.
Nah he was pretty young and didn't have great post game he developed it more later in his career but don't get me wrong he's post game in 06 wasn't bad
Before you hate me, let me say that I love Wade. I have an old Heat jersey from his rookie year, a bobble-head from '06, and a signed basketball. I'm sorry, but he just doesn't deserve this card. It's not his entire career, just a Finals performance. Cards with worse and equal ratings than this have been based on stuff more impressive than this. This card has the same rating as the Kobe who scored 81 points in a game, never mind the fact he had been in the league for 12 years already. Yes, Wade is the 3rd best SG of all time. But that argument isn't valid because Kobe's number 2. Alright, I'll stop ranting about Kobe and give some other examples: '91 Jordan won pretty much every award in the league, Oscar Robertson averaged a triple-double, and Wilt Chamberlain averaged 38.4 PPG and 27.2 RPG on over 50% shooting, just to name a few.
This is 23 year old flash that just turned around a 0-2 finals series with almost 40 a game and clutch take overs. Have some respect, he deserved this
Show 1 reply...This card is based on his finals MVP performance not his entire career
Show 1 reply...Finally a Wade with the right stats. Arguably best finals performance ever. 3rd SG Goat and top 15/20 all time Flash Dwade!
Best is lebrons last year i think or some old players crazy ass stats
Show 4 replies...But LeBron didn't win....
Doesn't matter it's one of the best
which 06 wade is going to be removed?
Neither
Show 2 replies...then why is there two of them?
this one is finals mvp wade, the other is identical to the 06 wade in the normal roster.
Wade with a 3... Bruh
[Deleted]
dude who are you? like even if you were a kid in '06 when he was finals mvp or later when he was scoring champ, he just almost single handedly brought the heat back last night. 38 points, and 4-6 from 3. 18 points in the 3rd quarter. If that's trash, then everyone in the nba is trash.
Going to come out with 99 LeBron and 97 Duncan during the finals.
It's probably finals mvp throwbacks
It will be Wade and Duncan cuz Wade had 40 some points and Duncan had the almost quad-double. Lebron had his in ECF
Show 2 replies...2K would have gotten a lot of hate if they didn't make a LeBron Finals MVP card
this is for when he scored 42 points and got 13 rebounds in game 3 of the finals
This card is nice. Imagine like a 90 three ball
Why does he only have a 74 post fadeway?
REALLY 2K
Bro Wade didn't have great post game back then but it wasn't bad that rating is fine.
Show 1 reply...Check out my Lineup!!! Replace Jamal with James Harden? http://2kmtcentral.com/16/lineups/548644/swishjoshs-lineup#comment-263300
[] DwyaneWade Just now
They really messed up his 55 block rating, when you think about it, he is one of the greatest if not the greatest shot blocking guard ever, and he averaged 0.8 blocks per game this year(crazy for a dude who's only 6 feet 4) and yet his block is lower than ANTHONY BROWN who averaged 0.2 blocks per game. Not to mention this is his diamond card and you would think their ratings would be a bit boosted. 2k really needs to fire their ratings guy.
Please help me out with my team!
http://2kmtcentral.com/16/lineups/291982/my-team
He should have higher block...
Only 55?!?!
wadeeeee
Show 5 replies...help with my team please? http://2kmtcentral.com/16/lineups/142435/current-team
I used to be a heat fan and I still like the heat but just not as much.
But there is one thing that I will always respect about d wade. He is a awesome player and has done so many things for the heat. In my opinion D wade is the best heat player ever and probably the best that will ever play for the heat.
This card shows d wade his respect.
Need expert advice on my lineup! I'm thinking about getting the 94 overall Wade, but idk who I'd replace... Any suggestions at all? Anyone else I should go get?

Looking to buy this card on Xbox one. If someone would like to put one on the market that would be fantastic.
How does he not have an MVP trophy
Wade was consistently one of the best in the league. As people who put up better stats came and went, Wade generally was always ranked 2nd or 3rd. Even though he was one of the most valuable players to his team despite getting injured fairly often, on the system that the MVP is usually decided on now (Best player wins), it's hard to win if you're never the best in the league at least 1 season. If it was still truly about which player was the most valuable to his team (and not to the financial gain of the league), including sacrifices made for the team (something like, oh, I don't know, pay cuts), Wade would have 1, maybe 2 MVPs.
give us back those rings d wade!!!! the referees treated you like a king and gave u like 27 fts!!!!!!!! mavs deserve the 2006 championship
I don't mean to come off as an a**hole, but don't get it. People are always going on about how Steph has the highest PER in a season (which isn't even true, Wilt does) and that it shows how good he is, but Wade holds the record for highest PER in a Finals series, highest PPG over a 4 game stretch in the Finals, and had the 3rd highest PPG in a Finals series. Not only that, but since it was in the Finals, it meant that those 2 teams were the best in the league. Over the course of 6 games against the best team in the West, with a team of old vets and an undrafted player, he came away with those stats. WHEN HE WAS ONLY 23. How could anybody try to argue he doesn't deserve this, that he's overrated, or some other bullsh*t like that? If PER shows how good a player is, and Wade has the highest PER in the hardest part of the game, then where does that put him?
he mitgh be the best card in the game
99ovr lebron
Show 14 replies...no lebron shoub be a 98 overal, in my fist pack I pull 97ovr lbj and he do the same think them this lbj but with a little lower 3pt
Imo diamond vince is the best card in the game tbh
Can't rebound, can't guard the post. Nope vince didn't make the cut.
guards dont have to defend in the post
Against kobe, mj, magic, oscar, kwahi, t mac, yes you do. I value players based on all possibilities of encounters which is why a.i harden, vince c.j are terrible guards in this game.
when i play, anyone can dominate at anything. it depends on the player's skill. defending isnt hard. in the game, vince can explode for more points than mj, kawhi, magic, and oscar. and thankss for mentioning tmac. he might be better than vince in game
I agree fully with player skill, and im not questioning vince's offense, i question defense and rebounding. I always expect my opponent to be a good player with really good players so i play and keep players on my team that can nullify that the best.
so u mean really good defensive players like lebron, kobe, etc, right?
ok. when i do my lineup, i use offensive players because i can play defense fine with a player with at least a 60 ovr defense
Yes, but specifically, good two way players or well rounded players so i love diamond ad since he literally can do everything and guard 1-5. The only players i would have on my team that are 1 dimensional would be diamond melo since he is the best offensive player in the game, and mvp russell since he is the best defensive big in the game.
Bill is too short for me
i dont know why people like him this much he isnt even in the top 10 best shooting guards
http://2kmtcentral.com/16/lineups/553312/no-restrictions Take a look at my lineup and tell me what you think. Suggestions would be awesome!
Dwyane Tyrone Wade Jr. (born January 17, 1982) is an American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He has established himself as one of the most well-known and popular players in the league. Wade had the top selling jersey in the NBA for nearly two years, leading the league in jersey sales from the 2005 NBA Playoffs, until the midpoint of the 2006–07 season.[1] His first name is pronounced the same as the more common spellings "Dwayne" and "Duane".[2]
After entering the league as the fifth pick in the 2003 NBA draft, Wade was named to the All-Rookie team and the All-Star team the following eleven seasons. In his third season, Wade led the Miami Heat to their first NBA championship in franchise history. He was named the 2006 NBA Finals MVP as the Heat won the series 4-2 over the Dallas Mavericks. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, Wade led the United States men's basketball team, commonly known as the "Redeem Team", in scoring, and helped them capture gold medal honors in Beijing, China. In the 2008–09 season, Wade led the league in scoring and earned his first NBA scoring title.
After LeBron James and Chris Bosh joined the Heat, Wade was part of Miami's second championship win in the 2012 NBA Finals, when Miami defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder. He won his third NBA championship in 2013, when the Heat defeated the San Antonio Spurs in the 2013 NBA Finals. In 2014, the Heat reached the Finals for the fourth consecutive year, but lost in five games to the San Antonio Spurs.
If anyone is going to sell this card on Xbox One please message me I have 400 k and really want to know when it will go up

They should have made his standing and moving 3 higher. He could shoot the lights out back then.
Since when was wade a 98 this makes no sense!!!
He had one of the greatest NBA Finals performances of all time. Won 4 games in a row after being down 0-2 to start the series. Averaged 34.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.7 steals. He was godlike. 3rd greatest SG of all time.
Show 8 replies...But no one remembers the unfair fouls against the mavs which send wade to the free throw like almost 15 times each game thats why he average 34 points a game.
Watch BBALLBREAKDOWN's youtube video on that Heat vs Dallas series. He shows how the fouls called weren't biased, just that Wade was amazing at drawing contact fouls. There was no super star treatment. Wade's one of the greatest slashers and one of the best at getting to the foul line.
This is from the '06 Finals as can be seen on the jersey when he played really, really really well and got finals MVP he desrves this card.
Show 4 replies...You mean when the refs made him look like he played realy, really, really, really, really well.
Dude, Wade was a beast and Mavs had to resort to fouls. Credit Wade, don't discredit anyone else.
Mavs strategy of fouling and heat's skill (Particularly Wade) allowed all the FT's to happen.
Kobe deserves Kobe treatment. Wade deserves treatment of a 3 time champion who did it all with one squad. He's great; He ain't Kobe.
So? He still deserves good treatment... D wade didn't rape anyone and tell little kids Fuck You

Right, three time Champion does deserve good treatment, but not Kobe treatment.
***Update since this was posted: D Wade left the original team...need I say more?
update: he's getting Kobe treatment
"Right, three time Champion does deserve good treatment"
Not really. Getting a good send off but people just don't love him like that. Just not the same level
he's getting a standing ovation wherever he goes and does like 3 jersey swaps after every game. There was definitely ore hype for Kobe but still Wade's last dance comes close
And yeah when I actually brought this up 3 years ago I said that at the time. He's great, but he isn't Kobe. He deserved treatment of a player who won 3 with the same team, not 5. Special no doubt, but not kobe. But bruh DIRK getting damn near the same sendoff that's just how it is now
Jersey swaps weren't a thing in 2016 and his last game won't be like Kobe's but yeah both popular players ?
Yes because i dont understand how that has anything to do with what we said
You soft

he means with the heat

its a joke jesus
the Black Mammmmba
Bra, no one is Kobe. I am pretty sure Kobe is the only person in the nba who manages not to ever have fun or grow a sense of humour. And Wade was plagued with permanent knee injuries. If he never had knee problems. Imagine how fucking unstoppable he would be...
Did you not see kobe over the last 4 years?
what about tim duncan?
Tim's like that on purpose, though.
Did you just call someone "bra" unironically?
Bra, let him live bra
Ok bra, my bad bra
Haha, all this hate and assumptions bra, how do you know I am not Māori. Just coz people dick suck Kobe doesn't cover the fact that he somehow managed to get on the friendliest player in the nba's bad side and if his dick is that long from all those championships coz thats how youze seem to rate people, potentiall greatest player of all time=1 mvp, nice! And ye, I said Bra as a joke coz this is the comment section to a card rating site where a dude called Shakespeare and Undeadspace8 are trying to roast me, my feelings hurt af right now!!!
ok bra
;)
d-wade is great and it is a bummer that injuries robbed him and us of some of his prime, but even if they hadn't, he's no kobe
hes better than kobe bryant the hog
Man, In all honesty Wade deserves a 98 card. Imagine how good he could have been if he didn't have knee problems. 2K just sucks off Kobe, MJ and Lebron and if Wade had higher ball control, block and three like he should have then they would have to make him a 99 and yeah, they don't suck of Wade like that.
he has the most blocks by a guard ever. I agree!
6th most actually :)
sorry but three higher? blocks i agree but threes????
I've seen players that have shot worse then him have higher 3 point ratings then they should. He is Wade who is not known for being able to shoot them and he dominated the series and hit threes and was just a beast. Like Kobe having a 99 card for a 60 point game and a 98 card for an 81 point game. It's about there fame and performance compared to usual.
he could not shoot threes back then
He could in the 06 playoffs which is what this card is for. And he was a lot better.
i did not know that thx
Its here boys

Its the organization...kareem had this as well.. Thats why the lakers organization is more caring for their players then any other...the bulls dissed mj bad
I think the Miami Heat are the most caring organization than any other in the league. They treat all their fans like family and they are always giving players new chances to shine like Hassan Whiteside, Tyler Johnson, Josh Richardson (Brief Stint), and Briante Weber. from their D-League Affiliate Sioux Falls Skyforce. The Skyforce also just won the championship yesterday. The Heat always try not to cut or waive any players if they have too.
Stop it...they were hesitant on signing dwade with newer money again..
Thats where the if they have to comes into play don't forget it is still a business they cant always afford to keep every player and draft new ones
Lol thats why deng moved :(
I'd say wade is the more clutch player, I'd take wade over almost anyone besides MJ for a clutch shot
All players that are even half decent deserve treatments like that TBH. Kobe had much more of an impact than Wade though.
he deserves a 1st round exit when he retires
LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
lol
he's gonna get it lol
