LeBron in his prime
Yeah, too bad he went back to the Cavs :( Why go to a losing franchise after 4 Straight Finals appearances
Show 25 replies...because Cleveland is his city
And because it's LeBron.... he could bring the sixers to the playoffs (well, maybe not the sixers, but most any team). He didn't hesitate cuz it's his home city, and he knew he could make em great.
the fact that the Cavs went from a low ranking team to a finals team just show how great LeBron is
Exactly. With a little help from Kevin Love, but he was injured in the playoffs anyway, so lebron is basically a superhero
But he does play in the weaker Eastern Conference. I'm not saying he isn't a beast, but he wouldn't have been able to carry his team through the west.
Love and Mozgov we're really the two guys who werent there before who helped the most. Would've like too see Wiggins though. Kyrie-Wiggy-James-Thompson-Mozgov would be solid. Or Kyrie-JR-Wiggy-James-Thompson if you play small ball
With help from Kevin Love, Kyrie, JR Smith, Timo. Its not just Lebron Mr. Bandwagon
Do you know that the Cavs have the worst efficiency rating in the league when LeBron is on the bench?
Im not saying he isn't a key person in the offense and defense, but look at Lebron without kyrie or Kevin love. He may win a few games, but he for sure at getting 50 or 60 wins. Just look at last years finals
The Cavs won 2 games in the finals against a historicly good team without Kyrie or Love... They swept the Hawks without them... It was actually a good thing that Love got injured, the Warriors would take advantage of his terrible defense.
Haha, You look pretty dumb right now. The cavs just beat the Mavs without Lebron. And last year, they weren't historically good, just really good. Lebron also took almost 30 shots per game during the finals
I didn't say that the Cavs were historically good, I was talking about the Warriors (67-15 is top 10 team of all time). Winning 1 game without LeBron makes Kyrie and Love good? Watch a few Cavs games and you'll see how the Cavs would be a lottery team without LeBron...
I know who you are talking about. I don't think you understand. I already said the Cavs would not be where they are without Lebron. But that doesn't mean the Cavs would be where they are with Love and Kyrie
If he stayed in Miami Wiggins would've still played for the Cavs, KLove would have still been averaging 25ppg and 12rpg in Minnesota and might've actually made the playoffs and Karl-Anthony Towns would have gone 1st to the Lakers or Sixers
I'm not even close to a LeBron James fan, but holy crap this card really does deserve a 99... LeBron James shot 56% from the floor!!! As a non-center! That is insane for a #1 option on a team. James was absolutely unstoppable after that first year in Miami.
Exactly. 2nd highest PER ever, first team all defense. Led his team to best Heat record ever, finals mvp. What more do you want? This card is underrated
Show 1 reply...I played with this card in Play Now, and I'm about 13-0 with all my friends because this LeBron is an absolute monstrosity. Pair him with a good SG like Harden, Kobe or Michael, and the drive + kick almost never fails. If he's hot, he won't miss a inside bucket even if he's quadruple teamed.
This card is already on the in-game rosters, and this is his overall, so don't be surprised if he isn't updated at all.
there should be more LeBron cards if they have so many MJ cards. ROTY LeBron? A reward LeBron? A gold LeBron for broke MT people like me? C'mon 2K
LeBron has never been bad enough to be a gold except for his rookie year. And that would probably be a 87-89 OVR.
84 speed and acceleration? Have you seen Lebron James on the break in that year. He is faster than almost evry point guard and definitely shooting guard from that year. Who is faster than him beside rose, wall, westbrook? Not talkin about young dwade and iverson, but bruh he should have 94+ speed 95+ accel. And 95 plus dunk, kobe higher dunk are you kidding, does he hit his forehead on the rim and dunk over people like lbj? Nah
So lbj is the second best player of all time?? #WHATATIMETOBEALIVE
As far as the 2013 season goes he has a real case. LeBron in 2013 was one of the greatest single seasons of all time.
Show 9 replies...way better than Jordan's 98 season
not as good as jordan with the wizards ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Magic is rated above Lebron too... Which is impressive considering he's a PG and Lebron is a SF since SF's in general are better at more things than PG's
Show 18 replies...But he also played best a PG
LeBron and Magic are very similar. Both could play all around the court due to their height and athleticism. One thing about Magic was that he played Center in the finals as a rookie and won the finals MVP.
Magic in my opinion could play any position better than lebron. Im probably going to get towns of down votes but, its my opinion. Magic was better at layups, rebounding, passing, maybe defence and freethrows. I know lebrons might be a better shooter but in reality, he would shoot 5/6 from the three on a daily bases. Lebron is a beast and is in the top ten players of all time but magic deserves to be higher i think.
According to 2K though Magic was faster than LeBron and I'm having a hard time believing that
Well Magic certainly wasn't slow, and Lebron isn't exactly a super fast guy, he's just a tank. Still... Lebron should probably be a bit higher than him, can't say for sure though Id have to see some tape
2K's ratings on him don't even make sense though. They gave his 87' card 89 speed, his 90' card 89 speed, and then give his 91' card 76 speed. It just doesn't make sense at all. And LeBron is actually pretty fast, prime Cavs LeBron deserves a low 90's speed in my opinion.
But Magic wasn't built like a PG he was more of a SF.
Magic was one of a kind, he's 6'9" but the greatest PG of all time.
he's 6'7
No lol, do your research
http://www.celebheights.com/s/Magic-Johnson-48573.html
He's 6'9", google it or look at the 2k cards from any year
Hes like KD,KD is like 6'11 but is registered 6'9
No Magic is 6'9" google it lol
this was one of his greatest years and im glad this card accurately represents that he didnt struggle with much of anything this season going to try hard for this card he should be better than magic though no hate imo
Thank you for not giving him a 95 speed, he's fast but not near John Wall/Westbrook status. Block is a little low maybe 65 but no higher than that. 97-98 range is deserving so I like it. LEBRON SUCKS THOUGH HE- joking lol
2K always rates LeBron's speed and playmaking way too low and his shooting too high, except for this card because he actually did shoot well that year.
Who's the most famous athlete lebron or mj? Dont be the typical lebron hater and mj lover plz. I want to hear people's opinions
LeBron. I think and believe that he is more well known than MJ when he was playing. But thats just my opinion.
Show 1 reply...Im glad i got this card last year i didn't get him or derrick rose this year i got them both i sold tht carnelo Anthony for 600k just to get him and mvp Kevin Durant
http://2kmtcentral.com/16/lineups/166680/rttp-seed-1
6-0 in seed 1 of rttp players, any suggestions for the final stretch
Umm, just came up on this stat and wanted to share it with you. LBJ had the highest PER rating ever in a single month during February 2013 with 37.1 PER. That is the highest PER ever in a single month, and the next highest PER will surprise you. Guess, I will tell you soon.
Even with Diamond Kyrie possibly coming out, this could possible be the most unstoppable card in the game. Kyrie is glitchy and Jordan is the best player in the game, but LeBron's size and stats make the perfect player. Oh, don't forget, he can shoot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Athletecism and dunking are underrated. Just by looking at his highlights alone you already know all that should be in the 90s at least. Had one of the highest field goal percentages in paint that year with all them crazy lay ups so that should be a 98/99. i would give him a 98 overall that year but okay. Maybe there will be a 98 overall 09 or 10 lebron
Bought him for 395k MT and got MJ from pulling him. I have 2 diamonds to pair up together along with mvp rose and mvp KD <3

LeBron Raymone James (/ləˈbrɒn/; born December 30, 1984) is an American professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He has started at the small forward and power forward positions. James has won three NBA championships (2012, 2013, 2016), four NBA Most Valuable Player Awards (2009, 2010, 2012, 2013), three NBA Finals MVP Awards (2012, 2013, 2016), two Olympic gold medals (2008, 2012), an NBA scoring title (2008), and the NBA Rookie of the Year Award (2004). He has also been selected to 12 NBA All-Star teams, 12 All-NBA teams, and six All-Defensive teams, and is the Cavaliers' all-time leading scorer.
James played high school basketball at St. Vincent–St. Mary High School in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, where he was highly promoted in the national media as a future NBA superstar. After graduating, he was selected with the first overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft by the Cavaliers. James led Cleveland to the franchise's first Finals appearance in 2007, losing to the San Antonio Spurs. In 2010, he left the Cavaliers for the Miami Heat in a highly publicized ESPN special titled The Decision. James played four seasons for the Heat, reaching the Finals all four years and winning back-to-back championships in 2012 and 2013. In 2013, he led Miami on a 27-game winning streak, the third longest in league history. Following his final season with the Heat, James opted out of his contract and re-joined the Cavaliers. Behind his leadership, Cleveland advanced to two consecutive Finals against the Golden State Warriors, winning the championship in 2016.
Off the court, James has accumulated considerable wealth and fame from numerous endorsement deals. His public life has been the subject of much scrutiny, and he has been ranked as one of America's most influential and popular athletes. He has been featured in books, documentaries, and television commercials. He also hosted the ESPY Awards, Saturday Night Live, and appeared in the 2015 film Trainwreck.
If this MVP card is 97, Kobe's should be 98
No i think kobe overall should be 96 but that years where he was averaging above 30 i would give that a 97
Show 9 replies...05-06 Kobe deserved that 99 last year IMO. He shot a good 45%, averaged 35 PPG, he put up MJ numbers that season.
Kobe is overrated
What kind of weed are you smoking?
What kind of weed are u smoking to post that comment
How in God's green earth does this card have a three point shot? LeBron can only shoot wide open ones and even then he misses more than players with lower ratings.
He shot 40% from 3 that season. 86 3pt rating is deserved.
Show 14 replies...Shot selection though, wide open shots are always easier to hit than guarded, not saying he didn't shoot 3's well that year, he did, but I think maybe like an 80 flat would be better.
You're right. I checked and he didn't attempt many 3pt shots in '13. His 3pt rating should be a 82-83 IMO.
I agree, I did say like 80 flat. As in about or around.
I agree with you, but standing three is basically a stat for "open three." His moving three maybe shouldn't be so high but standing is deserved. If there was a contested three stat it wouldn't be very high, but that's basically moving three. So I say standing three is god as-is, but moving three could be in the 70s and that'd make sense.
I think standing is more of a catch and shoot and moving is off the dribble. So while the moving should definitely be lower, the standing could be lowered, even if it is just a little bit lower.
There has to be an attribute for just an open three, and that's probably mainly what standing is. There is attribute for shooting off dribble, and that could be lower. But standing three is definitely just a simple standing, open three.
I think they are all supposed to be open, since there is a badge (deadeye) for guarded shots, but you may be right I'm just guessing.
Maybe. But I simply will end by saying moving three should be about a 76 or a 77, and the Standing 3 should be in the 83-85 range.
Agreed. If you only take 100 threes, all open and smart ones, and make 45ish%, you should still get a 88-90 standing 3. Now, the MOVING three is more common in frequent 3PT shooters, so based on his stats, IMO LBJ's moving three should be a 75ish
Exactly, giving LeBron an 86 three but then giving 88 OVR Dirk a 85 is disrespectful...
Not exactly. In dirk's card, that season he shot 4.9 threes per game and made 1.9. LeBron shot 3.3 per game and made 1.4, so it should be similar like it is. Plus this is an MVP card, which are like pink diamonds, so they will make it better than it really should simply because the MVP cards are supposed to be the best in the game.
He's never been a great 3 pt shooter at all, but I've seen him make some heavily contested 3's in his career. He definitely rained down that 3 in the corner against Bulls last year in the playoffs with someone all in his face for the game winner.
Show 1 reply...He shot 40% from three that year with a higher catch and shoot than ray allen. He was a great shooter that year same as 14
so your saying that his shot selection should be lower because he has a high shot selection. He takes shots that he knows he can hit and no one shoots a 100% when they are open. I think since MJ has a 89 that this 86 is well deserved
Show 2 replies...Sold all players for pack to get him got nobody. Can amyone please lend mt ps4.
that's just not smart
Show 1 reply...Why did you leave us (MIAMI HEAT)
Most overrated player in history
That's probably Kobe. Jerry West had better stats than Kobe, I don't see hordes of fans saying West is the GOAT. Not to mention that Shaq helped Kobe win many of his rings, he won all 3 of those finals MVP's. BRIAN SCALABRINE said that Kobe isn't top 15, since if A.I. played with Shaq we'd be talking about him instead.
Show 1 reply...
and his block
His block on Splitter was savage.
That one on Iggy was decent too...
Lmao
Came out of his dads ballsack to block that one
Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Oh shit yeah that block was one of the nastiest things I have seen
LeBron had no momentum too
Yeah he was sooooo strong his hand didn't even move back even tho splitter was driving with all that power
One block does not decide a players block rating lmao
Never said it did. Just showing my appreciation for that particular block.
ps he had many good blocks that season.
Yeah he had plenty of nasty blocks. He was a good shot blocker.
he only averaged 0.9 blocks that season
That's not the point. It's not quantity it's quality
late but still the quality of the block doesnt matter as long as you stop it from going into the basket
so by your logic kyrie deserves a 80-99 block because of game 1 last year
No im referring to his ability to blockk shots. Curry has 98 playmaking and he only averaged 7 assists, simply because he's good at it and not because he does it a lot
more like cuz 2k overrates him.
I like your logic
ur so dumb! thats not even true!
and his driving dunk.
and his draw foul lmao
He is pretty fast though because of his hustle rating.
Does that really make a difference?
I've seen it make a difference. A lot of people think the hustle rating is for lose balls. But it does much more for players.
apparently ball control matters too
I agree. his ball control could be higher. But LeBron isn't much of a dribbler. I play with the 87 Lakers a lot. And I'm starting to think why they are so showtime is because everyone hustle ratings are really high. But that's just my 2 cents.
Speed this year is a lot different than 2k15. He is actually really fast...
It's slower than his current card, that's too slow.
in the game he isn't slow at all.
Did I say he's slow? I said that his '13 card being slower than his current card is too slow. If John Wall had 90 speed that would be too slow, that doesn't mean he's slow.
quote "thats too slow" means your saying hes slow fam, find a different way to formulate your sentence. did you mean thats too slow for lebron? because i agree
No dude, how do you not see the difference between saying "that's too slow" and saying "he's slow".
I said it's slower than his current card, that's too slow. Being slower than his current card is too slow since he was faster back in '13.

Because you are stupid
http://cf.mp-cdn.net/56/e7/341a69a52dfdace8ffc671b0b743-is-the-wall-street-journal-stupid.jpg
how sway
Deleting it doesnt make You smarter
you seem pretty stupid right now.... you obviously cant comprehend simple english, and recognize opinions vs statements. youre just going with the wave and attacking me, everyone who disliked my comment is mentally disadvantaged when they realize i COMPLIMENTED Lebron.
what is your problem, nothing i said was dumb, disliking my comment does nothing
No problem.
Just explaining why they disliking You.
Cause your stupid
It should be slightly slower than his current card. He put on a lot of pounds in Miami and was more built like a PF. When he came back to Cleveland he went on a diet and lost a lot of pounds so he'd be lighter but gain some speed.
If you watch him play he's noticeably lost a step. Even when he bulked up he was one of the faster players in the league.
But yeah he ran so fast in the open floor in his young years it should at least be 90
His size makes up for it. Even his current card will make almost any contact layup.
And his free throw
