Solid, Defensive 'Big' Man

Written by wikisaiyan

Really good, two way Center. Solid speed and his 7'2 frame allows him to finish and defend around the rim.

Bought for: 7,300 MT , good steal I think but MVP Centers are going for cheap. I chose between him and Bill Walton

Strengths:

  • Inside scoring: Great at finishing near the rim.
  • Post moves over left shoulder are money.
  • Lots of midi and close hot spots.

Weaknesses:

  • 65 Block should really be 95 block. Dude avg'd 5 blocks in '72.
  • 65 free throw, although he has solid shooting animation from the line.
  • Not really a weakness but only 80 off. consistency

**Recommended Strategy: Post Plays, pick n pop midi's.

Use if: "You want an athletic, solid 2 way center if Olajawon/Kareem/David Robinson are too expensive for you"

Don't use if: "You want a Center that can dominate a game by himself. "

Bottom Line: "Good Center who can start for you if you dont need a major defensive anchor."

I have him and run him with Anthony Davis. I put a lob city finisher badge on him and he is a pick and roll God.
