Yeah they get injured but the matches are scripted. The winner is decided before the match even starts, how the person wins is already decided, that's what they mean by fake. There isn't anything spontaneous or unexpected

This was the perfect set to put him in along with other great big men, but instead 2k decides to add a third Clyde Drexler...
