Not true, it's just very few are good at both. Most people just try on offense, so offensive players become more valuable. But Momenst Wiggins is great on both ends.

The only defense you need is 3 through 5. And the 3 only has to he decent. Perimeter defense is overrated in 2k

I always use defensive PGs and I lock up most any player. People usually do everything with their PG so shutting him down shuts them down.

People in 2k drive and shoot 3s. You can't really do anything about the 3 and you get big men with good defense to protect the paint to stop the driving

Bro im going to have to agree with ianstp. I have parker start at pg who has good Defense but not the biggest so i put Marion on their point guard and they get smashed. I just put parker on the 3 point shooter because the always have one starting and I have a 80% win percentage in my team online.
