Today, On May 2nd, 2017
Isaiah Thomas' recently deceased sister, Chyna, would have turned 23.
Less than 48 hours ago, in game 1, Isaiah got his tooth knocked out.
Over the past 36 hours, he had spend over 11 in the Hospital getting surgery on his tooth.
Tonight, he comes out and drops 53 points in one of the greatest playoff performances of all time, leading Boston to a 2-0 series lead.
Most played wouldn't have even played today. But Isaiah's thomas isn't MOST people.
He showed the world what time it was tonight.
It was IT Time.

Do you honestly think having to play the day after having oral surgery and day of getting treatment to bring down the swelling doesn't affect him at all? He was probably in discomfort from it and while it may not affect the things he needs to play ball (arms, legs, etc) it definitely affects his mental

After averaging 30 points in the series he finally deserved this card.
In the first series his sister died and played like their was no tomorrow.
He was the player that lead the Celtics to the #1 seed.
He is only 5 feet 8 inches and cooks all the players around him, and just watching him play is something amazing dribbling through everyone and making amazing shots(not lucky shots but amazing).

tbh this is basically the same as the Amy, with better shot, defense, and other stuff but he won't do much driving in. The only way you can use him is with open shots, opens shots don't happen often because everyone is off balling. A great game by Thomas, but this card still isn't much of a difference.

TBH Talking about his life up to this point its nothing less than an inspiration... The man gets overlooked In the draft for his height. Picked 2nd round 30th pick. Starts 37 games and sits 45 games under Jimmer Freddette. Now he has to deal with the emotional stress of his sisters passing, then gets his tooth knocked out and gets a two day oral surgery. Then plays the same day his surgery finished. Thats heart!
As far as the card is concerned the gameplay is not going to be that good because he's so short. 2k should fix this so he's not blocked every time...
