wow they actually found a different picture of mikan, congrats 2k
inn the great words of @Iceman12
You mean paintings
I think this one right here is a mosaic but I'm not sure lol
Anyone else do the Mikan drill as a kid in practice? That's how I became a post beast
i DO THAT NOW AND I NEVER MISS MORE THAN 2 OUT OF 20
Good for you dawg
Heck, I still do that.
r.i.p my shoulders after doing that lmao
Hello class, i am your substitute math teacher today and my name is Mr. Milkan. And today I am going to be teaching you some basic Algebra. Now open your book to page 37 class.
No 99 post hook = I revolt.
If you look at footage of Mikan's hook that thing was ridiculous he brought it down to his waist and flicked his wrist and it went in almost everytime.
He deserves a 100 post hook, tbh. He literally invented that shit, and the drill to perfect it. At worst, it needs to be 98.
Ok wait what, 76 speed? 80 vertical? He was famous for being a beast down low but unathletic as hell. This is a quote from sports journalist Leonard Koppett about Mikan: "The Lakers would bring the ball up slowly, waiting for the lumbering Mikan to get into position in the pivot. Then they would concentrate on getting the ball to Big George, whose huge left elbow would open a swath under the basket... Mikan was simply too big in bulk to be blocked out. He couldn't jump very high, but he didn't have to. He couldn't run, but he didn't have to." So that speed and vertical are waayyyyy too high
WE FOUND LOGIC'S DADDY
mikan wtih colour wtf
The low shot contest and short height for a center makes him worse than he could be with those stat
Old man Jenkins looking ass
Lookin? Shit, that is old man Jenkins. This dude so old he invented the hook shot...
Whoa they wore green or is this just a mishap when they were coloring it?
The only thing about this card that doesn't make me want to get him is his shot contest.
I think he would be a beast in the post if his drop step tendency wasn't a zero. Diamond yao was like that and almost never used the drop step while still having the amethyst badge.... smh
I used him in play now and the tendencies are the same, he drop steps so no worries
a old school but he still a god
I'm gonna get this legend
So that shot contest is low as fuck. Think it will be a problem ?
It might be unless you just use him yourself on defense. I like to use the center on defense anyway. So the only problem is his height or speed(depending on if you play him at C or PF). Seems like a must get for me. I think he's the only historic reward big man that's a beast on both ends. Antonio Davis is another one but I think Mikan is better.
Respect to the OG G.O.A.T
i bully kids that look like this in real life
I love how 2k got this off of Amazon...
When she asks you if you want to come over to "Study"
Sad to see him become a collection reward. He'll be hard to get. He was great last year and this card seems as good if not better..
Geese talk about a great card until you notice his shot contest wth 2k!!!!
Holy Crap this is the George Mikan before he got that boost last year during All Star Break...
A must have
When the national anthem starts playing
does his in-game model finally have glasses? if not, no matter what the stats are, I'll NEVER use this card
George Mi-kan do anything except playmaking.
You forgot shot contesting 61 ain't exactly rewarding lol
im pickle riiiiiiiick
Mikan looking like a god damn giant compared to everyone else
