Chill out my DUDES!!!! Can we all just appreciate their greatness??? When its all said and done, they both made massive contributions to the game of basketball. If you were to compare MJ to Bron, then we will have to do that at the end of LBJ's career, because he still can win more awards with the way he is still able to play.

first of all, im saying if lebron got 4 rings in Miami, it wouldnt put him equal with jordan because Lebron would need superstar help (like jordan did) and they wouldnt be equal.
Also, Lebron james lacks the development skills to develop a player to be great. The closest he came was with kyrie, who left because he didnt want to be lebrons Pippen, which is something lebron cant convince players to be.

Level of competition was way higher he faced 39 hall of famers in the east alone. LeBron has faced 14. Pippen was a all star and Rodman/grant were role playing stars at best. during his title runs he's had one all star and a superstar per team, not including all star ray Allen who was a starter in Boston the prior year. Not bias at all just facts. Also worth pointing out that Jordan brought the Bulls to the playoffs in his rookie season averaging 27 ppg, while it took LeBron three seasons to make the playoffs. LeBron never played vs a superstar like bird in the east, or Isiah or ewing, shaq, Barkley. His highest levels of competition in the east were the pistons, celtics, and Dwight Howard magic. which alk eliminated him.

Lebron is a greater athlete than Wilt for one, Lebron can play 48 minutes and attempt so many shots a game, Wilt was a 7 footer who hung below the basket, that doesnt take as much energy. Lebron's IQ is also super high. Level of compitition??? Tell MJ to take a pippen and kukoc-less Bulls to the finals, or come back 3-1 against a team with 3 all stars and the reigning MVP. Being a great athlete practically means nothing. James White could touch the top of the backboard. Kevin Willis could bench 400+. Neither of these guys dominated the league. Physical talent itself doesn't get you far in the NBA anymore. This is basketball not Mr. Olympia or track and field.

btw the the players were the same height then as now. Wilt could bench 450 lbs averaged 46 mins per game, had a 9'6 reach, was reported having a 50 inch vertical. Played when there was a 3 second rule illegal defense and the shot clock existed. Level of completion was no different he just made people look like bums.he could touch the top of a back board. Arguable because of the era he played in. I’d Lebron played in the 60s he wouldn’t have been able to keep his body in such great shape due to advances in technology since then. And if you compare primes, wilt could run faster, jump higher and was way stronger than Lebron, pretty much the definition of superior athleticism.

Easy to say that withouts facts, wilts vertical was 48”, while Lebrons is 44”. Wilt could run 40 yard dash in 4.4, LeBron in 4.6. And I don’t even need to mention strength because it’s uncomparable. I’ll give Lebron durability obviously, but overall wilt is a superior athlete and the best the nba has seen.
