I just copped GOLD Leon Powe with 2 contracts and a shoe that increases his hands by 3 whole points and lasts AT MOST 2 games. Sniped that bitch for 327K mt. Sooo yeeaahhh, mine is better.

If they established the mood of "If it were the modern NBA, these players would adapt and have these shooting abilities," This ( and along with a lot of other cards ) would make a ton of sense. And honestly, I love that idea. However, for this specific game mode. It totally balances the playing field. It is super easy to defend some of the earlier historic teams, solely because they can't spread the floor so it's easy to defend.
In 2k11, they actually had game modes where you could play without the three point line, that was great and truly paid tribute to the old style of basketball. They should bring it back and incorporate challenges with that game mode.

Fax! Historic dom. is super easy cuz (until the very end) teams have like 1 or 2 guys who shoot 3s and they generally have a hella slow release. Plus most of their bench are those made up bronze guys from UCLA named like John Brown and other super common names who can't really do anything at all.
