People forget how good this man was. He was completely overlooked in his position because of people like MJ. He averaged 20.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game over a 16 season career. With Hakeem, he led the Rockets to 2 straight championships. Houston was the best team in the NBA without MJ. This may be a bold claim, but he was the best shooting guard of his generation besides MJ.

Pretty sure he only won one title with Houston after being traded for Othis Thorpe. He was a beast and arguably a top 5 SG of all time

100%, every area has loads of "underrated" stars. Give Ewing a couple of rings and the narrative around his career changes completely, same with Chris Webber or Reggie Miller

People tend to overlook Drexler's passing ability, dude was a master at leading his teammates straight to the cup especially on fastbreaks, it's just amazing to think how he averaged 6 assists a game for his career despite the fact that he played with excellent point guards like Terry Porter and Rod Strickland to shoulder facilitating duties.

He is better but he is gains 30 higher stats in post hook and 30 point stat in all the rebounding ones. 16 more standing dunk. So for 30 k the 98 still has better value but if you have the tokens the upgrade is worth it.

The upgrade is meh considering guys like James Worthy, Pettit, and Mchale are beasts on the Pd board but they don’t have alternatives like Clyde does
