I bought Antawn for just above 160k for bid about a day after he first came out. I will admit, the main appeal for me was base 11 but after using this card for a bit there's really so much more. Standing at 6'9 he's a bit undersized to play at the 4 so I recommend giving him a ball control/Speed with ball/ Lat. Quickness shoe which turns him into more of a wing player. Him not being restricted to a single brand gives you a large variety of shoes you can give him but I recommend the Kyrie 3 which gives:

+5 Ball Control

+5 Defensive Consistency

+5 Driving Layup

+5 Contested Shot 3

+5 Speed with Ball

These boosts basically turn him into a different take on diamond AK47. His dribble moves are average, nothing special. He has a decent moving behind the back and a good spin but his moving crossover is deadly and creates all most as much space as Giannis's which really helps attacking the rim. His perimeter shooting is as advertised, he knocks down at around a 72% rate from 3 for me and is normally pretty consistent. His defense is good, In the paint he is by far the most dominant SF/PF in terms of rebounding and post game. DO NOT RUN AT POWER FORWARD OR CENTER. Despite his good paint stats and badges he got bullied several times on the block by Greg Oden and Diamond LA.

Strengths:

  • Attacking the basket (Dunk animations are a lot like Kobe's)
  • Perimeter Shooting
  • Defense
  • Dominates Post
  • Rebounding

Weaknesses:

  • Speed
  • Paint defense on Bigs (Fine against forwards)
  • A few of his dribble moves are unusable
  • Undersized PF

Recommended Strategy:

Pick and Pop/Roll Volume shooter Attack Basket Post Spin and Dropstep vs. Smaller defenders

Use if: You want an athletic "glue guy" who can volume shoot and takeover games while still hold his own defense

Don't use if: You need a power forward who's going to lock down the paint and snag boards over centers

Bottom Line: Very happy with this card, will definitely fit most players play style

Worth the price?: Yes

EDIT: Upon Playing a bit more with this card, yeah, he's the best card in the game. Nobody knows how to guard him at all online. Must cop card.
