Deep Range GOD

Written by Simrat31415

Michael Finley is an absolute godly card honestly. I opened up one ultimate pack because I was hoping to pull a galaxy opal so, when I saw the pink diamond i was kinda disappointed. I inserted him in my lineup anyway and hopped into a game. The first thing I noticed is his release is butter, it's not too fast like Gilbert Arenas but it's quicker than someone like Lebron's. It's super easy to green. Finley is a guaranteed bucket and pretty versatile on defense.

Bought for: packed him

  • 3 point shot; as soon as you pass that half court line, he's a threat. Deep Range bombs are underrated with this card
  • Transition, idk about IQ in this game but he's one player that I always see running down the court spotting up in the corner
  • Defense; he can clamp up most forwards in the game, and he's got nice length for steals if you like to reach
  • He's not one to do some crazy dunks but he can throw it down pretty well
  • Stamina, I've run him for an entire half and he's still played pretty well

  • Dribble moves; they're not bad but, if you're playing against a somewhat good player they should be able to clamp your drive
  • Doesn't feel that fast with the ball in comparison to most other small forwards

Recommended Strategy: Run your offense through someone else drive in, kick; wherever he is, it's going. Just run plays to get him some space and its bangin in

Use if: You want a knock-down shooter in the 2-4 position that can also clamp up on defense (averages about 20 points for me even though I don't focus my offense on him. Just finds a way to get open and heat up)

Don't use if: You want a big point guard with dribble moves or an iso-heavy wing

Bottom Line: He's cheap and he's money, a very solid pickup and a certified bucket
