play billups at the one sell granger play bridges at the three, simmons at the four get lance for the two and get bam for the five (all bench moves)

personally i would play AD at the 4, sell bird. Buy like Shaq or anyone big and beefy center. Then the bench Rondo i would sell and get like a Nash for 20k, other then that i dont see any problems with the team.
