Nice team. Maybe sell Michael Redd and Rudy Gay to get a player like Bol Bol or Blake Griffin for PF. Also, grind regular spotlight sim to get Kobe. Other than that, I don't really have any suggestions.

Run a 10-man. Sell Bol Bol, as much as I like him, you have free cards locked in(I have bol on my squad too). Move AK47 to starting PF. Then move McHale to backup PF. Then sell Bosh and use Gasol at backup C. use this extra mt to look for a new Sg.
