I wouldnt do it considering you will never be able to get that MT back that you could potentially spend on a future card that is better, and eventually you probably wont use mitchell or jokic at all
I'm a jazz fan and my favourite player is mitchell, i also like him as PG so even if he falls in the rotation (to third string) the only way i'd be replacing him is to upgrade him to a better card-- at least until the endgame of 2k20.
But ultimately I get your point, the other cards will be yesterdays news in a matter of weeks (however I wouldn't be able to replace them).
Yeah thats what im saying, id just keep mitchell for however long you want but just dont lock him in just incase. You also have all the mt from the other players in the collection if you decided to keep mitchell
Exactly, for example I NEED that new Siakam, I have 120k from not locking in the set so now I can bolster my team.
New pascal goes for 30k. I had to cop him right away
I have diamond Kobe and PD Lavine. I think Lavine is better, his release is money and defense is solid as well
I am seriously tempted... but do I need him?? Or is he just a luxury player at the cost of locking in a set worth 200k+?
It depends on how much you value the 3 ball. I'm averaging around 16 points a game with him and hitting 4-5 3's a game with him. I have Steve Kerr as my coach so that takes his 3 to 99+ I personally like his release better than anyone in the game so I have no regret from locking in the set. I also keep pretty much every card I get for collector level rewards and tokens
I have the cards & mt remaining to lock in the MOTW 5 set and get the PD zach, should I do it even though I have Diamond Kobe who some say is better? The only cards I use from the set currently are Diamond Mitchell and Amethyst Josh Richardson, I am happy to use Jokic and I guess Dinwiddie but is it worth it to lock in that much potential MT?
