Walt Frazier deep review

Written by SekouDoumbouya

Walt Frazier, especially this card, is exceptionally underrated, although for his current price at around 60-80k variating and fluctuating in price all the time, this is a detailed explanation so only read through if you are going to buy or looking to buy him

  • Exceptional Dribbling animations
  • Can play very solid D on guards his size
  • Incredible Jump-shot without Meter (Jump-shot 81 / Rudy Gay Upper)
  • One of the fastest quick stops and peekaboo's in the game
  • Good post defence to help combat larger defenders
  • Extremely good TTO card

  • Weak driving and poor layup and dunk animations
  • Hard to use with meter on and steep learning curve with jump-shot like Jump-shot 107
  • Fairly short and cant really run at the 2, good height for the 1 however
  • Not the best unlimited card

Walt is extremely good in the pick and pop situation because of his incredible jump-shot and quick stop animations, however, his perimeter dribbling is good, but he doesn't have the best 3pt hunting BTB while bringing the ball up the court.

His dunking and layup animations arent very good and i find myself missing a lot of layups and contested dunks because he has slow dunk animations that be easily contested by a center with H.O.F intim.

  • All around extremely solid pg for a budget lineup and can defend with the best pgs under 6'5
  • Can struggle with scoring in the paint and defending really tall point guards
  • One of the best shooters without meter if timed correctly

Final Rating: 9/10 for budget squads / 7.9/10 for thanos squads
