Might Be the WORST Value Card.

This diamond Odom is actually terrible. He's nowhere close to his cheesy diamond last year. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE buy him. Trust me the PD Dr. J won't be worth it if you're only getting trash lock-ins like Payton and Rodman all the time. Also each of these sets costs a ton.

Bought for: I'm pretty sure he costs like 90k.

  • Finishing: I have to say, Odom is an incredible finisher with 80 driving dunk and 86 driving layup. You can also run pick-and-rolls with him as the screener and use him as a lob threat. He's got gold lob-city-finisher and 100 alley-oop tendency. Lobs are op in 2k21 as well. As well as this he's just got so many finishing badges, including 2 on HOF(pro touch and consistent finisher, which are pretty good ngl).

  • Shooting: 79 3 and 84 mid are decent, and his badges are quite nice. gold catch-and-shoot, green machine, hot zone hunter(has a ton of hot zones), silver corner specialist, and bronze difficult shots(try leaning mid-ranges). These are all very important badges.

  • Moderately Quick with 81 speed and acceleration

  • 6'10 at SF

  • Shooting: Was also a strength but there's one drawback. Odom's release in 2k21 is TERRIBLE, base 11 has been nerfed for real lads. He also has no Range.

  • Slashing: No QFS or even Downhill kills this card. 74 speed w/ ball is also not great. He's still got that Pro 5 BtB, but 78 ball handle? You won't have any success trying to create with this card.

  • Defense: Stats are in the 70s and he doesn't have Clamps. Odom ain't a good defender this year for sure.

Recommended Strategy: Just don't buy the card.

Other Comments: I'm not saying this card is unusable, but for the MT you're spending, you can get so many better cards.

Use if: Just don't use him, he's terrible.

Don't use if: You want to save MT and want to win.
