It wont let me open my messages

I have unread messages in this site but whenever I click on the envelope in the top right corner the little box comes up but it wont load to where i can see them. Anyone know what to do?

This has happened to me before when I was at school, I think it's an error to do with the network you're on which doesn't allow you to see messages on the site. The only to fix it would be to change location (messages loaded for me at home fine)

They don't work at home or school for me. They just dont really work anywhere lol

Same they haven’t worked for me in the past year on this device
