Where should I improve?

I just started my team a few days ago and have around 20k on Xbox. Who do you guys think I should pick up next?

Is this 2k16 or 17?

Start your emerald Penny Hardaway, hes a walking mismatch. I would suggest getting a playmaker like ruby James Harden or a different cheap ruby point guard. Ruby Hassan Whiteside is a great cheap option
